This Rollover Safety Vent has a ball check valve inside the brass tube.

During normal operations it allows the tank to vent and prevents pressure build-up.

In the event of an accident that results in the vehicle rolling over and landing upside down the check ball closes off and prevents fuel from exiting the vent.

The Rollover Valve must be mounted on top of the tank.

We Recommend that you connect a vent hose to the Rollover Valve's hose barb and terminate the hose in a catch tank.
