Orders and Returns

If you live in the United States or a US Territory you can order from this site.
Registration is not required to order.
We accept most credit card types and PayPal.
After your order is placed you will be emailed a confirmation from Coyote Gear and receipt from PayPal.
When your order is prepared for shipment you will be emailed a tracking number. After USPS scans the label tracking will progress.

Orders from this website can be returned.
(Special Orders via Invoicing are Not Returnable.)
The return period is 60 days after delivery.
Please include a copy of the original packing slip.
The customer is responsible for securely packing and shipping the return back to Coyote Gear.
If the product is not as described then Coyote Gear will reimburse the return shipping cost-not to exceed the original shipping cost.
If the wrong part was ordered by the customer then the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
The refund will be issued promptly by reversing the original customer charge.
