Typographical Errors

• In the event that a Coyote Gear product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price Coyote Gear reserves the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price. If this happens a full and prompt refund will be issued by reversing the original charge.

Governing Laws and Jurisdiction

• These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona.  Any proceedings shall be brought and heard in Tucson, Arizona.
